Here's how I can help.
As a therapist with NCAA Division I coaching experience, I see what high achievers carry- the pressure, the expectations, the grind of high performance.
Peak performance isn't just physical. Your mental and emotional wellbeing are just as critical for success.
No matter your role (athlete, coach, parent, high performer, working individual), when you are in a counseling session we'll identify your goals & values, explore your experiences, and use evidence-based strategies to help you reach your goals.

In life transitions such as new schools, teams, jobs, athletic retirement, and parenting.
Experiencing anxiety and want to feel less self-doubt and overthinking.
Navigating emotional lows and a lack of motivation that impact their relationships and sense of self.
